Chippenham Townhomes is proud to be a pet-friendly community welcoming up to two cats or dogs per home. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies, plus $15 per month in pet rent. Please note that certain aggressive breeds are not permitted; contact the leasing office for the full breed restriction list prior to applying.
